All Pricing on Europasaddlery.com is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice.

What payment types do we offer? 

Afterpay is finally here! Along with Zip Pay, Pay Pal and CommBank simplify portal which accepts Mastercard®, Visa®, and Amex®.

There are no refunds on any super special/clearance items.
For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.


Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post or Star Track Express Couriers.

Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store leave from our warehouse in Western Australia.

Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by the Courier. Goods damaged in transit is a risk to the customer and Europa Saddlery can not be held responsible for goods damaged by others after leaving our premises.

If you would prefer to pick up your order, you can do so by prior arrangement. The location for pick ups is:

Refund Policy

We stand by each and every product we sell. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from us, please return the product and receipt along with all original packaging and tags within 14 days of tracked delivery and we will gladly offer you an exchange or a refund although there are no refunds on any special/clearance priced items. Proof of purchase must be presented for any refund, exchange or warranty reasons. For any products that fails to perform outside these guidelines, please return for assessment. Orders sent out under our freight free policy will be refunded minus our freight cost.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges we do not cover the freight to return or to send the exchanged goods back to you, once we receive the exchanges you will be contacted by our team with a payment screen and then will be provided tracking information. Please return products in original product packaging, include your name, order number and what you are exchanging them for. Please contact us prior to sending an exchange so we can confirm we have the wanted goods available and put aside for you.
